I recognize I am of the legal age of eighteen years old or older.
I recognize my responsibilities and requirement to be in control of my behavior at all times. I recognize if I am not in control of my behavior at all times that I may be asked to leave. I recognize the fact that I am not owed a refund or reimbursement of costs associated with attending the festival if I am asked to leave due to not maintaining control over my behavior. I recognize and accept the risks that are inherent in attending and participating in the Brotherhood of Satan (BOS) Annual Festival including but not limited to registration fees, travel expenses and any costs associated with attending the Brotherhood of Satan (BOS) Festival. In consideration of the opportunity to attend and participate in all programs, activities, education, festivities, etc at the Brotherhood of Satan(BOS) Festival, I release The Brotherhood of Satan (BOS), Property Owners, Sponsors and all subsidiaries and employees, representatives, volunteers and appointed personnel from all claims and liabilities that arise out of my participation in the programs, activities, education, festivities, etc. I execute this form with the understanding that the Brotherhood of Satan(BOS) has a responsibility to exercise prudent or reasonable care to maintain Festival Grounds in a safe condition.

Learning from the past festivals we need to institute some rules and guidelines so all present can fully enjoy themselves.  Most of these are common sense and others are requirements for all of our safety.

The Festival Grounds are not owned by the BOS, if you break something it is your responsibility to pay to repair or replace it.
1) All festival fees should be paid in advance to attend the festival,
2) You are completely responsible for your transportation to and from the festival and between the festival grounds and your accomodations while during the festival. We do not provide shuttle service. 3) The Festival is from Thursday - Sunday, unless you are designated on a committee you are not permitted to come to the festival site until Thursday morning at 8am and must depart the site by 11am Monday the 3rd.  There will be Nobody permitted to arrive early and stay after the festival at the National office. It is unfair to the National Office to have to host you when they need time to prepare and decompress before and after a festival.  They are not running a bed and breakfast.  Plan your trip accordingly.
4) Respect the Grounds and facilities and all things there in contained:
     Clean up after yourself.
     Do NOT leave hair in the sink or tub without removing them.
     DO NOT do your business in the toilet without flushing.
     DO NOT slam doors, jump on furniture, scratch up tables, etc.
5) Respect peoples personal space and privacy:
     Do not barge into peoples rooms especially if their door is closed.
     (the doors are closed for a reason do not go into those rooms)
     Do not interject yourself into peoples conversations, do not eaves drop.
     (If People walk away to have a private conversation between them DO NOT
     FOLLOW)
6)  Vampyric Feeding Psy or otherwise without explicit consent from others is not
     Permitted.  Respect other people's Energy/Lifeforce.  You will be Identified,
     Counselled, Gridded, or possibly just asked to leave. We do know who does
     this and this is your Warning you are not welcome to feed without consent.
7)  Respect other people Property:
      Do not take peoples chair/seat if they get up and walk away for a bit, ask them,
      and if they return give them their seat back.
     Do not use another persons laptop without asking them if it is okay.
     DO NOT BE A MOOCH:
            Do not just help yourself to food and drink unless someone invites
            and gives it to you or specifies something is to share..coffee is shared.
            Do not just help yourself to peoples packs of cigarettes, if they have shared
            one cigarette with you, it does not entitle you to just take from their pack
            after that one.  Better yet get your own smokes and offer one back to them.
8)  If you are going to party do so responsibly and be careful not to over indulge.
9)  There will be a Midnight curfew on the Building/House, all whom are not staying
      in the Building/House will be asked to vacate the house, to the porch, their hotels
      or tents as the building will be secured at that time.  The exception is the Saturday
      Night Spin the Baphomet.
10)  Cigarette smoking is to be done in designated areas, not in the Building, be
      sure to patrol your ashes and throw your butts into the designated recepticles
      not on the grounds.
11) The Sacred Fire is to be respected at all times do not throw your cigarette butts
      or anything else into the fire, It is also not to be used for anyone's personal
      rituals without SIC Approval. This is grounds to ask you to leave.
12) If we are on the lake do not go onto the dock/Lake if you do not know how to
      swim, we are not providing a lifeguard for you.
13) If you are attended you will be expected to sign up for assisting with the festival for one work shift. When you arrive you will sign up, if you fail to sign up you will be assigned a work shift for you, which you will be required to perform.
14) If you have any questions on if something is appropriate or not, ASK the NEAREST
